Daniel built One Call Property Care from the ground up, growing it job by job into a Brisbane property care business with its own in-house landscaping team. That team is flat out — the landscaping enquiries coming in have well outgrown what they can get through.

What does it actually cost me?
Nothing to join. If you win a job through us, we invoice a 10% commission on that job only — nothing if you don't win, nothing if you'd rather not quote on a particular job.
What if I'm fully booked right now?
No problem — register anyway. We only send jobs when you tell us you've got capacity, and you can update that anytime.
What if I only do one type of landscaping, or one area?
That's exactly how the network is meant to work. Tell us your specialty and service area when you register, and you'll only hear about jobs that actually match.
Do I have to do my own site visit?
Not for most jobs — we scope and photograph the site for you. For bigger or more technical jobs, you're welcome to request a site visit or a quick call before quoting.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the client, same as any job you'd normally quote. We only invoice the commission after you've been paid.
